I am like 15 hrs into a playthrough and finally decided to sort the main quest out. What is the exact command used for summoning the corpse? I tried inputting what you wrote in this comment but I got a prompt saying that my input wasn't tied to anything or something like that. Neither have the other commands that OP described about bypassing the quests worked.

The vault dweller corpse does not appear when I turn off collisions and head through the vault door. I'm having the same issue that you had in your second run-through. In the hallway there should be a vault dweller dead on the ground (original lone survivor) and a holotape on them, listen to it and you will be prompted to "report the kidnapping" which will fix the "getting a clue" quest where you can't talk to valentine.įor me, I also encountered a bug where the vault dweller didn't appear on my 2nd run through (most likely since I added a hundred other mods and destroyed my esp), so I used cc to get the dweller code (it gives 2 codes, I used the first one), aceatme, killed him (yeah I play a male character, sue me) and took the holotape off his dead body, and everything went as planned from there.
